It's hard to believe my little baby is already a month old! He has been an absolute joy.
Some milestones and stats:
-My little porker is now over 11 lbs
-He's been wearing 0-3 month clothes since week 2
-He's been in size 1 diapers since week 2
-He can track objects with his eyes
Some favorite pastimes:
-eating (a lot!)
-sleeping
-pooping, and pooping while mommy is changing his diaper
-going on walks (he really likes the breeze)
-being held close
-being adorable
I am just loving this time and being a new mom. It has been hard to leave Arthur every day while I finish up my student teaching, but it's comforting to know that he just stays at home with dad, instead of being dropped off at a babysitter. He is the light of my life, and my heart aches every time I stare at his pictures. I just love him so much!
So handsome! Glad I got to snuggle him a little the other night. I know how hard it is to leave them. But it will be over before you know it and you'll be so glad you finished. And then one day he'll be 2 and you wish you had somewhere to go to escape for a few hours!! ;)
